Front office staff are friendly and experienced; they go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The repairs are perfect – can’t tell there was ever a problem. What blew me away was the detailing! My car has not been so clean since it was new. I did not expect that to be so impressive. I stopped for gas on the way home and was complimented by another customer on how beautiful and shiny my car looked! And it was just as clean on the inside.

I was referred here by Discount Tire in Pasco to replace a wheel stud that they broke off. They replaced the stud and had be on the road in about 45 minutes. I was impressed enough by their service to bring in my Daughter’s Highlander in for a front wheel alignment. The service was done in about 45 minutes by Angel, with a detailed explanation and print out. AND Mel’s is $40 less expensive than Les Schwab for an alignment!! Thank you Mel’s, you have a new loyal repeat customer!

SUPER impressed. when they brought my car out it looked SO good. They took the time to wash, wax and detail the inside of my car on top of doing an excellent job of fixing it (paint)! There are not many places left that actually go above and beyond like that.

Very happy with Mels. Took in a 4Runner that had been rear ended. Took 2 days and repaired perfectly. Car returned clean inside and out. Vey nice office staff. Will definitely use them again.
